The cold doesn't lie. It strips the noise away and leaves you with one question: who do you want to be on the other side of this?
I created NURŌ during a time when I needed to remember my own strength. I believe in the power of discomfort, the magic of intention, and that when you live with purpose — you become unstoppable. This is my love letter to anyone ready to rise.

"I tried everything — therapy, supplements, journaling apps. NURŌ was the first thing that actually changed how I felt in my body."
Sarah M.Entrepreneur · Toronto"Day 7 and I'm already a different person. Cold plus breathwork plus journaling is unreal."
James R.Finance · New York"As a mom of three I had completely lost myself. NURŌ gave me back my mornings — and with them, my identity."
Lauren A.Mother · CalgaryNot to start — the insulated shell holds cold for hours and ice works fine. The chiller is what turns a summer habit into a year-round ritual without you thinking about it, which is why the Complete Kit includes one.
Most people settle between 10°C and 15°C. Start warmer. Twenty seconds counts on day one — the app times it and walks you through the breath beforehand, so you're never guessing.
Only the finish. Same shell, same insulation, same everything inside. Black for the deep reset, white for morning light. The Complete Kit comes in black.
Balcony, garage, garden, bathroom — anywhere with a level floor and a drain within reach. Finished well enough that you won't want to hide it.
