Before beginning any new exercise program, nutrition plan, cold therapy practice, or wellness regimen, you should consult with a qualified healthcare professional, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns.
Cold water immersion, intense exercise, and dietary changes carry inherent risks. By using the Service, you acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility for your participation.
NURŌ makes no representations or warranties that the Service will produce any specific physical, mental, or health outcomes. Individual results vary.
All content, materials, and features made available through NURŌ — including but not limited to the Golden Reset program, the Golden Rituals, ritual protocols, breathwork and cold-exposure sequences, journaling prompts, affirmations, meal and training guidance, written copy, audio, video, graphics, photography, design, the NURŌ name and logo, and the overall look, feel, and structure of the NURŌ app and website (collectively, the "NURŌ Content") — are the exclusive property of N.A.T Brands Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws in Canada, the United States, and internationally.
The NURŌ Content is provided to you solely for your own personal, non-commercial use as a member. Your access does not transfer any ownership or license beyond this limited personal use.
You may not, without the express prior written permission of N.A.T Brands Inc.:
Any unauthorized use of the NURŌ Content immediately terminates your right to access the Service and may result in legal action, including claims for copyright and trademark infringement and injunctive relief. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NURŌ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to NURŌ in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Ontario, Canada.
